Renee was so helpful throughout the process. Answered all our questions and assisted our lender in making sure settlement goes through smoothly. Strongly recommend her for anyone looking for a property conveyance. She understands the process as she built her own home and gave us advice on everything from settlement to even building our home and what to look for from a builder.

This was not our first time using a conveyancer. Previously we had four property transactions and this was the fifth one. We have seen the services of five conveyancers, including Renee, and with confidence we can tell that Renee stands out in her professionalism, sincerity, thoroughness, reliability and friendliness. Her service is excellent.
When we decided to purchase this particular investment property in Ingleburn we went to Renee without being referred by anybody, and found her very reliable and honest at the very first meeting. She explained her charges and services to us in a very straightforward and detailed way. There were no hidden costs and issues. Everything was laid down clearly in writing. She explained all legalities involved in the property purchase. She communicated with our finance broker, lender, real estate agent, vendor’s solicitor and agent in a prompt and thorough manner. She also kept us updated about the developments as they happened. She also told us very clearly what we were required to do (such as making bank cheques etc) and by what date that had to be done. She kept in touch with us via email and mobile.
Because everything went smoothly we settled about a week before the first scheduled date. Renee informed us about the settlement as soon as it was completed and she sent us all necessary documents by post immediately. She was really efficient and sincere. All important matters she talked about was also written formally, emailed and posted on time, there was no room for confusion and unnecessary questions.
We highly recommend future buyers or sellers to go to her for all conveyancing needs. Moreover, her price is reasonable and she is conveniently located near the Glenfield train station.
